England - Hayfield, Glossop

With an early start ... ~5:00 AM, we dried off our gear and developed a new game plan. Head into Glossop for additional supplies, find a warm place to sleep for the night and wait out the weather. A short bus ride into Glossup, exchanged currency, resupplied and found a great B & B for 22 GBP. Head out early tomorrow after breakfast and back track to the point where we lost the trail and head to Crowden for the night.

~9:00 PM, a punk kid tried to steal some things from the rooms in our B & B. He walked in off the street into the B & B and went through all the rooms. He opened my door and quickly shut it. I looked to see who it was and spotted him running up the steps. The doesn't change my view of Glossop ... nice sleepy town ... that proved itself as a safety net for walkers in trouble around Kinder Scout.
